Who we are

Xexea is run by Anselerate Web Services LLP, Bengaluru, India. You can write to us at support@xexea.com.

What we collect

We collect the details you give when you make an account, such as your email address and the details of your identity check at console.ansel.cloud. We also keep the text, colors, links and pictures you add to your page. Our servers and Cloudflare keep basic technical records, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the service safe and working.

Login codes and cookies

When you log in we email you a one time code. We store only a scrambled form of the code, and it stops working after a short time. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

What we do with your data

We use your data to run Xexea, send your login codes, keep the service safe, answer your questions and review abuse reports. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the companies that help us run Xexea, such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, and our email and server providers. We may also share data when the law says we must, or to stop abuse.

Your page is public

Everything you publish on your Xexea page can be seen by anyone on the internet. Do not put private details on your page. Messages sent through your contact form are stored by Ansel Forms and are covered by its own policy at anselforms.com.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you delete your site, your published page is taken offline. You can ask us to delete your account data by writing to support@xexea.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We follow the laws that apply to us, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. Write to support@xexea.com and we will help.

Children

Xexea is not meant for children. Please do not use it if you are under 18.

Changes

We may change this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.

These rules apply to every page published on Xexea.

Do not publish

Pages that scam or trick people, fake shop pages, phishing pages that copy another site, malware or harmful downloads, spam or misleading offers, and content that is illegal where you or your visitors live.

Do not harm others

No hate, harassment, threats or violence. No adult sexual content. No content that puts children at risk. No private details about other people.

Respect other people's work

Do not copy text, pictures or brand names that you do not have the right to use. Do not pretend to be another person or business.

What we may do

We may take a page offline or close an account at any time if it breaks these rules, and we do not have to tell you first. We may also share details with the police or other authorities when the law asks us to.

The terms for using our website and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("client", "you") and Anselerate Web Services LLP ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any services provided. You agree that by accessing the site or engaging our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Anselerate Web Services LLP provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to: website development and design, domain name sales and leasing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, and e-commerce solutions. All services are provided as described in the specific project proposal or service agreement.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and content required for the project in a timely manner. You are also responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule. You guarantee that all elements of text, images, or other artwork provided are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

4. Payment and Fees

Service fees are outlined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise specified, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover of the website or digital assets. All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the invoice USD.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of final payment, all rights and ownership of the completed and delivered web design, content, and other visual elements are transferred to you. We retain the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our online portfolio and for marketing purposes.

6. Domain Name Transactions

All domain name sales are final and non-refundable. Domains are provided "as-is" and we make no warranty regarding their future value, traffic, or search engine performance. Leased domains remain the property of Anselerate and must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anselerate will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials or services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

This disclaimer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this disclaimer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all digital products and services provided by Anselerate ("we", "us", "our"). This includes, but is not limited to, domain name sales and leasing, web development, software development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services, and content creation.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and the significant investment of time and resources required for our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made and a project has commenced or a digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This no-refund policy applies to:

• Domain names purchased, leased, or acquired on your behalf.
• Deposits and full payments for web development or design projects.
• Payments for SEO, content writing, or digital marketing packages.
• Consultation fees and service retainers.

3. Service Revisions

While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. Our service agreements typically include a set number of revisions (e.g., up to two rounds) within the defined scope of work. We will work diligently to ensure the final deliverables meet the objectives outlined in our project agreement. Any revision requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
